Name of Track

I'm trying to find the name of a Moby track out a couple of years ago, and
what album this track may be on. The entire track uses rain effects in the
background. I found a Moby track that had "rain" in its title, but that was
not
what I was looking for. That title's name escapes me, but
he was singing on that one. The one I'm looking for is all instrumental. The
track sounds like the rain effect on the Doors "Riders on the Storm".
